World Health Day!

Lets all try to live a healthier lifestyle, encourage family members & friends to be healthier. Children in particular learn from example, make physical activity & healthy eating a positive & regular feature of everyday life.

The Daily Mile is a simple way to get children involved in daily exercise, 15 minutes, no equipment or sports kit required just get out and about to walk, jog or run!!
